Eligibility Criteria:
Age: 55 years or less (as on January 12, 2015).
Academic Qualification: MA / M. Sc / M. Phil / PhD in any subject from a recognized university.
Professional Qualification: B. Ed / M. Ed / Diploma or Degree in School Management / Teacher Training / Examination Methodology or such related fields.
Experience: 10-15 years of teaching experience in reputed private / public educational institutions. 3-5 years as Principal, Vice-principal and other administrative duties like Head Master / Mistress / Coordinator etc.
Skills: Must have excellent leadership, communication & presentation skills and reasonably good IT skills. Experience of participation and presentations in national / international seminars / conferences. Experience with APSACS shall be given due weightage.
