Job Brief:
We at Al Tayer are looking for a Financial Analyst to provide support and advise to the Company Management on all financial matters and ensure control and compliance of procedures within the Finance team.
The position involves budget forecasting, closing of monthly and annual accounts, ensure that all accounting entries are incorporated in the books of accounts, monitor bank balanaces against the facilities, ensure tax compliance, ensure proper insurance cover on company assets carry out inventory control function like approval of LPO’s, LC’s, monitor internal / external payments/ bank guarantees.
This would involve managing the procesinancial Analyst s of documenting risk registers, ensure consistent and ongoing monitoring and reporting of key project risks, participate in projects and liaise with the project owners to ensure compliance to Group Risk Management policies and procedures, oversee input and data quality of risk management system and assist in embedding of risk culture throughout the Al Tayer Group.
Person Specification::
As a Financial Analyst you would have 4 - 5 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis with a Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Commerce /  Finance and a professional qualification in CA / CPA.
As a Financial Analyst you would have experience in managing books of accounts, financial closing and budgets having worked in an erp environment in a multi cultural company having a positive , assertive and organised attitude.
