Job Brief:
We at Al Tayer Group are looking for a Project Engineer for Retail Fit Out for our retail brands within the Projects team. The role would include support planning, managing and executing the projects of retail store fit outs from inception to completion and managing all stakeholders, resources and materials to ensure effective completion within the agreed standards, budgets and time.
The Project Engineer shall be responsible for assisting the Project Manager for the entire gamut of activities namely, preparing a project execution plan, implementing approved procedures for tendering process, develop project strategic programme detailing key milestones, manage the design process, review and approve drawings, conduct quality checks , prepare store tracking reports, Coordinate with the QS team, provide accurate information to the QS team and carry out final inspection in addition to leading a team.
Person Specification::
As a Projects Engineer you would have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture or Engineering with at least 3 plus years of experience in project management for Retail fit out projects. UAE / GCC experience is a must and knowledge of MEP works is an advantage. Working Knowledge of AutoCad and MS projects is essential.
As an experienced project engineer you would have excellent organisational, commuincation and analytical skills having worked in a multi cultural environment and a fast paced environment.
