Tameer Microfinance Bank is looking for “Manager Corporate Finance”. BBA / MBA Finance at least 3-4 years experience in IBG / CF Division. Strong financial modeling and presentation skills; excellent writing & ability to make recommendations;
Major Responsibilities: Prepare financial models, Information Memorandums and prospectuses; Assist in negotiating, structuring capital market transactions; reviewing legal documents; assess and predict financial risks and returns; Liaise with accountants, lawyers, and regulatory bodies.
