Each brand represented in the Aati showroom is a collective representation of exquisite décor while simultaneously melding the classic and the modern seamlessly. Aati’s product mix is a reflection of quality, elegance and uniqueness, catering to a customer who seeks the ultimate in lifestyle.
Aati celebrated its milestone thirtieth year in 2011, and today is recognised as a leading luxury furniture showroom in the UAE.
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Manager for our flagship store in Dubai.
Person:
We are looking for an experienced individual who is able to drive sales and performance in the Store. You should be able to identify key commercial opportunities and strive to meet and exceed sales targets.
It is essential that you have managed a team before and you are able to manage sales targets and their personal development.
You must be able to evidence how you have cultivated a culture of excellent customer service and be able to lead by example.
You should also have operational experience when it comes to Stockloss and stock management and have the ability to analyse reports to identify commercial opportunities.
You must be a people person who can work across a network of colleagues and partners including the support functions in the business.
Experience:
The successful candidate should come from a Luxury Home backround.
3-5 years management experience is essential.
