Instrument Maintenance Engineer
Location: Saudi Arabia
• Support operation and Instrument maintenance daily (normal or emergency cases) assessrisk and endure all tools and manpower required are provided for completing thework activities. Also performing human resource responsibilities.
• Control and manage the breakdown, preventive, simple Instrument maintenance andensure quality of entered data in SAP as well as proper update of equipmenthistory files.
• Design Instrument maintenance processes and lead all technical related issues neededin his field and ensure that all studies, investigation, troubleshooting andassurance audits are properly provided to all requester. Also enhance reliability and availability of Instrument equipment especially SHE andproduction critical Instrument equipment by utilizing all internal and externalresources including vendors and contractors. IN addition, all other relevant documents to be documented and tracked.
• Ensure the availability of all Instrument spare parts of SHE and production criticaland other required spares review and approved new part registration formalitiesand follow up for all issues related to Instrument systems obsoletes.
• Support all Instrument related TA/Shutdown preparation, coordination, executionquality checks and following up on findings.
• Proposals for Instrument changes in procedures to support best practices andimprove the efficiency and results of Plant reliability activities.
