Customer Services & Sales Officer

Eligibility Criteria (Education/Experience/ Certifications):     Minimum Bachelors
Work experience in service industry with front-end customer handling & outlet operations.
Relevant Experience would be preferred
Goals:     The position holder is required to ensure that services at S&SC outlet is being provided to customer as per set standards. He / she has to harmonize the operation in a manner that Telenor Pakistan subscribers get first contact resolution on their visit to the outlet and achieve departmental objectives.

Your typical day at work:
Ensure customer service related activities are being done with in bench marked time.
Achieving the S&CS monthly sales / revenue targets.
Do the suggestive selling to the visiting subscribers.
Ensuring top of the line customer relationship management.
Adhere to administration requirements and discipline at the S&CS.
Working as a team player in a harmonized manner.

Customer Services Skills, Computer Knowledge, Telecom Knowledge
