Payroll & Employee Records Executive/Specialist
Location:     Islamabad
Employment Type:     Telenor Permanent

Primary focus to assist & support in Employee Profiling, Payroll Management, Employee Records, Mobility, Contractual Employees Portfolio Management and lead Project based activities. Provide support in different payroll functions including Compensation & Benefits, Data Entry, Queries Response and Other Employee Services etc.
Area of Interest:  Human Resources
Eligibility Criteria (Education/Experience/ Certifications):     Bachelors/Master degree preferably in Human Resource Management, Certifications in Compensation & Benefits System or HRIS Solutions is an added advantage.
Experience in Payroll Operation, HRIS/Payroll ERP Management

Data Analysis & Reporting
Ensure controls & compliance with Policies & Processes
Potential Career Path:     Broaden business knowledge through exposure in different areas of Human Capital division including Payroll & Employee Records, Payroll Management System, ERPs, Annual Processes and Reporting
Expand and develop expertise in areas of Business/Process/Requirement Analysis/Design/Improvement.
Analysis & Reporting Expert/ Lead Payroll System
Your typical day at work:
Develop and Implement Comprehensive Employee Profiling Solution (Employee Records Management, Update in Payroll Management System, Education & Experience Profiling, Beneficiaries & Dependents Information Data bases etc)
Support in Digitization of Employee Records
Automation of ECRs Module and Employee Clearance Process
Lead and provide active support in Advancement Cycle, Annual Increments & Variable Pay Process
Support in managing Final Settlements Portfolio
Assistance in Final Settlements Process
Monthly Payroll Verification and ensure that salaries are disbursed on time in full
Assistance in the smooth launch of New Payroll Management System and ensure optimum utilization
Ensure Data Integrity, Perform Data Analysis & Reports
Update Payroll Activities Dashboard
Assistance in Contractual Employees Portfolio Management
Assistance in Managing Employee Services (Handsets Requests, PF Loans, Experience Letters and Other Queries)
Active Stakeholder Engagement
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
Knowledge of HR is desirable.
Excellent computer knowledge in general and specifically in MS Office applications.
Good communication skills in English (both verbal & written).
Problem Solving Skills
