An Inter-Governmental Organization requires the services of a dynamic, experienced and motivated candidate for the following position:
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Qualification & Experience: minimum Graduation. Well versed in modern secretarial practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English and full command over MS Office Suite and good typing speed. Diploma in modern secretarial practices will be added qualification. At least 2 years working experience in the relevant field.
Tenure: Initially for one year; likely to continue
Job Responsibility:
The selected candidate will be responsible for performing routine secretarial work such as managing all incoming/ outgoing calls, mail/e-mail, file movement and typing work related to the office.
To Apply:
