JOE HART says Manchester City are looking forward to a high-octane season finale after being handed a title lifeline.
Manchester United’s draw with Everton, coupled with City’s win at Wolves, means Roberto Mancini’s men control their own destiny ahead of next week’s Manc derby.Goals by Sergio Aguero and Sami Nasri kept City snapping at United’s heels.
Keeper Hart said: “We’ve always been focused on finishing the season well and we have given ourselves a really good chance here.
“Our title chances are certainly a lot better than they were at the start of the day.
“We are excited, we feel ready, we are firing goals in. We are looking forward to it.”
City are now three points behind United with a better goal difference and with next Monday’s clash at the Etihad to come.
